Desiree is hands down the greatest realtor to work along side of !My husband and I planned to wait a whole year before looking . We had the good credit and work history , but not the down payment . We still decided to try to see what our options were in the beginning of the year just to have an idea of what we could qualify for at the time . The first couple of homes we viewed ,we instantly fell in love with a cute cabin . Unfortunately a big snow storm buried the community in high levels of ice and snow that delayed the process , I believed we wouldn’t be able to buy at that time after all . Desiree worked hard and diligently to try to get a hold of the listing agent , going above and beyond to see that our offer would be considered and accepted as the community we were looking in had no power or anyway to exit their homes and businesses .
